Kevin Dyerly '00 '04 returned to the University of Redlands to assume the role of the first vice president for enrollment in 2012.
He came from Whitman College where he served as director of admissions. As director, Kevin was responsible for all phases of Whitman’s admissions and recruitment efforts including oversight of admission operations and the professional staff.
Prior to joining the admission organization at Whitman College in 2005, Kevin worked for the University of Redlands as associate dean of admissions of the College of Arts and Sciences. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2000 and his MBA in 2004 from the University of Redlands.
He served as president on the executive board of the Pacific Northwest Association of College Admission Counselors and currently serves on advisory boards or committees for the Western and National Associations for College Admissions Counseling and the College Board.
The vice president for enrollment serves as the University’s chief enrollment officer responsible for the strategy and management of all aspects of enrollment at the institution, including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, yield and retention. The vice president provides executive leadership in the planning, development and administration of University-wide strategic enrollment initiatives that are aggressive, innovative and consistent with the values, goals and mission of the University. The vice president for enrollment serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet, reporting to the President.
