Inclusiveness and Community

No matter who you are, you'll fit in here.

We value diversity at Redlands, because we believe the ability to appreciate our differences and find common ground makes our community stronger.

Our nationally recognized programs challenge you to put yourself in other people's shoes and see issues from a new perspective.

The University’s Office of Campus Diversity & Inclusion leads the way on matters of diversity. It makes sure Redlands is able to reach each student's heart and mind and create a welcoming environment for everyone.

We also have the University-wide Council on Inclusiveness & Community, which was created by President Kuncl in 2016 to provide a forum for dialog and positive change. The Council's job is to address issues of concern related to diversity and to make recommendations to the President and the President’s Cabinet.
