Christopher Jones, J.D., is the University's Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer (SDIO). As the SDIO, he leads the efforts to integrate and sustain a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity through development of a vision and strategy to create a welcoming, inclusive, learning and working environment for all University constituents. As a senior leader, he directs the implementation of multidimensional processes through which the University of Redlands can achieve excellence in learning; teaching and research; curriculum and co-curriculum development; community engagement, and development of faculty, staff and students.
The SDIO serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet, reporting to the President.
