Shared Governance Survey Link and Follow Up

Dear Staff:

Thank you for your ongoing involvement in our shared governance planning process. This is a significant opportunity to rethink how we work together and cultivate a community of transparent, collaborative engagement that actively seeks and values participation in important decisions.

Your contributions in the initial round of town halls were very appreciated, as was your insightful and candid feedback. Town hall recordings and other resources are available on the University’s Shared Governance SharePoint site. 

We encourage you to participate in the next stage of the Shared Governance planning process – a survey where you can anonymously share your thoughts. This link will take you to the survey that will remain open through Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Your responses are confidential and will be compiled by Dr. Danny Anderson, who facilitates this work on the University’s behalf. Finally, efforts to organize the Shared Governance Task Force continue, and we are delighted to report that we are in the process of receiving numerous nominations for student, faculty, and staff representation. Stay tuned for future communications in the coming days.
