Update from the Registrar
Dear University of Redlands Community,
In light of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Redlands campus office door will be closed on Friday, March 20th at 5 p.m. until further notice. Our services are still available, though limited. Please contact us via email at registrar@redlands.edu or call us at 909-748-8019. Our staff continues to monitor the email address during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday). We are still available to assist you.
Below you will find descriptions of frequently asked questions. Please note that as the public health situation evolves, our processing times are subject to change and may be delayed.
Registration for the Fall 2021 term is still taking place on Self-Service (Student Planning). If you need to submit an add slip for a course, please take a photo or scan a copy of the add slip and email it to registrar@redlands.edu. We will also accept an email from the faculty, with the student in copy. Due to limitations, there may be delays in processing these requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you are having trouble dropping a May Term course, please email us at registrar@redlands.edu. Due to limitations, there may be delays in processing these requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
During this time, individuals may continue to order their official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse. Due to limited office operations, paper transcripts that have to be mailed, including Johnston evaluations and academic records before the year 2000 may be significantly delayed but will eventually be processed.
As requests for electronic delivery of transcripts are automated, we do not anticipate major disruptions to this service. Requestors who need to upload attachments to their transcripts may continue to do so. All attachments must be in .pdf or .jpeg format.
Enrollment Verifications can be submitted through Self-Service (Student Planning). If any documents or forms need to be submitted with the Enrollment Verification, please send a photo or scanned copy to registrar@redlands.edu and indicate that a Verification has been submitted through Self-Service. Due to limitations, there may be delays in processing these requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Electronic petition forms are down for planned upgrades. Emergency petition requests should be sent to registrar@redlands.edu. Thank you for your understanding!
Petitions, including late adds/drops, changes to grading options or credit, and individualized study approval requests can be found and completed here.
All forms, including modifications, transfer/study abroad requests, etc. must be completed and include all appropriate signatures before being submitted and can be found under the Forms heading here. Due to limitations, there may be delays in processing these requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
For the Schools of Business and Education, the petition to Late Add/Drop can be found here. Please continue to work with your Student Services Manage (School of Business) or Advisors (School of Education) to complete the petition before submitting.
Students in the School of Continuing Studies also need to work directly with their advisor. The School of Continuing Studies may be reached at 800.780.5065 or info-scs@redlands.edu.
Forms for the Graduate School of Theology can be found here.
