Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSAW) is a week-long celebration of the value and impact of graduate and professional students. First held in 1993, GPSAW was developed by the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students. GPSAW is now celebrated nationally during the first week of April. In 2022, it will be observed Monday, April 4th through Friday, April 8th.
A School of Education student will be randomly selected to receive a $25 electronic gift card every day of the week! Students will be notified via their Redlands email and given the opportunity to select a gift card from a list of stores and restaurants. All current School of Education students are automatically entered in the drawing.
It's time to show your appreciation for your fellow School of Education community members! Nominate a graduate student friend by Friday, April 8th for the chance to win a free dinner for the both of you. The selected winner of this giveaway and their nominee will be notified via their Redlands emails and receive a $50 electronic gift card to the restaurant of their choice.

Let's Create a Digital Portfolio | 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. PT
Join our virtual workshop to learn how to create a 1 page digital portfolio displaying professional skills or academic work using Google Sites.
Virtual Wellness with Dat Yoga Dude | 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. PT
Join GSA and Dat Yoga Dude in a mid-week mindfulness hour where we will learn some yoga and mindfulness techniques. This will be a great event to de-stress from all your school work and connect with some great people. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the night.
Pizza Dinner | 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. PT
Any way you slice it, the School of Education is grateful for you! Come grab a slice of pizza before class and chat with fellow graduate students.
Movie Night | 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. PT
Join us to watch Encanto as we observe the incorporation of counseling systems to show dynamic relationships between characters and their family as a whole. Join us on Zoom for a tutorial to our Teleparty!
