Ruijin Ma is a professor in geographic information science. Before joining the MS GIS faculty, he was a faculty member of the Civil Engineering Technology Department at SUNY Alfred State College. Ma specializes in image processing and remote sensing applications.

Research
Ma's research interests include LiDAR data analysis and application, photogrammetric process of high-resolution images, and web GIS application.
