Geography Awareness Week (GeoWeek)

Redlands campus Nov 16, 2026 - Nov 19, 2026 All Day

About the event

GeoWeek, happening on November 16 – 19, is an annual series of events dedicated to celebrating spatial thinking and geographic information systems (GIS) at the University of Redlands. Students, faculty, and community members can participate in various activities, including community mapping projects, career nights, and presentations by industry leaders.

The University of Redlands is a spatial institution, meaning that spatial thinking is integrated into a broad spectrum of coursework, research, and administrative functions. Help us celebrate the importance of spatial studies and GIS by participating in one or more geography-focused activities during 18th annual GeoWeek 2026!

For more information on GeoWeek, check out U of R Spatial Hub Portal (only current students have access with their login) or contact us at igi@redlands.edu. For the latest news, connect with us on Instagram and Facebook.
