Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting/presenting at Vibe Festival of Wellness on Saturday, September 10th.  We aim to offer the community an educational experience for all ages highlighting trends and product innovations across a range of wellness domains. 

Each Exhibitor Registration includes one 10' by 10' space with one 6ft table and two folding chairs.   Please note, shade canopies will not be provided.  You are more than welcome to bring your own shade canopy.

Additional Information

We ask that vendors/exhibitors please contribute a donation item for our Wellness Challenge, which will also give you more opportunities for advertising.  All donations must be received by Monday, August 29th, 2022.
