Subject: Reminder to Complete the Post-holiday COVID-19 Testing and Attestation Form
As stated in the Jan. 2, Dec. 13, Dec. 15, and Dec. 28 University-wide memos, all U of R employees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to get a COVID test either immediately (within one to two business days) prior to returning to campus or within five days of returning to campus. (Exact dates of this requirement vary depending on your date of return.)
Once you receive your test results from a testing site or from an antigen self-test, please complete the attestation form located at: https://forms.office.com/r/pRaSTpGXBP.
You do not need to upload test results. Employees should NOT use the UR Ready App to report post-holiday test results.
If you currently have, or have had COVID in the last 90 Days
Research shows that some individuals who recover from COVID-19 may present as positive on a PCR test for a few weeks to 90 days post-infection, despite no longer being contagious.
