Students spend a semester abroad in China, Japan, or other relevant Asian country. Graduates often pursue careers in government service, cultural affairs, teaching, or international business.
Engage critically with an array of historical and contemporary media, from the printing press to post-network television. Students gain media production skills and explore topics such as visual anthropology, gender and power in media, and cultural representation.
