University of Redlands
The Central Avenue Apartments house graduate students at the University of Redlands. This complex is close to campus, and apartments are fully furnished. Amenities include a community pool, kitchen (equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator), on-site laundry, heating, and air conditioning, and individually keyed bedrooms. Utilities, gas, electricity, water, and trash are included in the rates. All apartments are cable capable, which students are responsible for purchasing. Pets are not allowed in the apartment complex.
Rental Rates:
The semester rental fees are competitive with the local rental market and are based on the apartment size and occupancy. Rent rates at the Central Avenue Apartments are established by the University’s Office of Business and Finance and are updated annually effective the first day of September based upon the type and size of the apartment and nature of occupancy.
Waitlist:
It is important to know graduate student housing is filled on a first come, first served basis with varying levels of availability based on the apartment options and lengths of programs. Due to the differing program lengths and start dates within the graduate schools, apartments and rooms become available on a rolling basis.
The complex is nearly full; however we maintain a waitlist. Should you be interested, please review our semester rental fees and email RLH@redlands.edu with your student ID number, the apartment option(s) you prefer, and your anticipated move-in date to add you to the waitlist.
