Jaylene Arnett is a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at California Baptist University. She currently holds a B.A. in human development and psychology and a M.A. in clinical psychology. She utilizes a humanistic and multicultural approach to therapy. She also engages in various interventions through a cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy lens. Jaylene truly values the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students. She has previously worked with diverse populations of individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, attachment-related issues, and trauma recovery. Additionally, she specializes in working with the BIPOC population and striving to be a mental health advocate for minority populations. Jaylene is thrilled to be serving the student population at the University of Redlands.
