A message from the Counseling Center Staff

We are currently closed for Summer Break. We will reopen on Monday August 29, 2022. If you are having a mental health crisis/emergency, please call our 24/7 Crisis Line at 909-748-8960 to be connected with a licensed therapist. For current registered students you can utilize the TimelyCare free app or timelycare.com/redlands to have a virtual counseling appointment now or scheduled ongoing counseling appointments (up to 12 per year). If you need administrative assistance prior to that time, please contact the Office of Student Affairs at (909) 748-8053, Mon.-Th., 8am-5pm and Fri. 8am-12pm. Please visit our Referrals and Resources page for other options for mental health providers in the community.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Counseling Center

The Counseling Center is the mental health clinic for the University of Redlands. We provide free and confidential short-term mental health services, including individual therapy, crisis intervention, group therapy and consultation services to our campus. Our Counseling Center is committed to inclusivity and to providing a supportive space for everyone.

We are aware of the impact of COVID-19 not only on the physical health of our community but also on the mental health of our community. We are here for you. We are providing mental health services to registered U of R students through a hybrid environment: through secure video platform and in-person (following CDC guidelines).
