Choose Your Adventure
Between one and four trips are usually led every weekend and also during short-term breaks such as Fall or Spring Break. You can select from a variety of destinations—near and far—and activities, including rock climbing, camping, backpacking, hiking, sea kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking skiing, snowboarding, snorkeling, surfing and more.
Watch for upcoming trip information on our Instagram: @outdoor_programs and at information tables each Wednesday in the Commons during lunch. You can also drop by the Outdoor Programs Rental Shop or contact Outdoor Programs and ask to be placed on our email list.

Sign-up for a Trip
Register for an upcoming trip by visiting the Outdoor Programs Rental Shop. Depending on the trip, you’ll need to leave a deposit or full payment (cash, check or credit card) upon signup. You’ll also need to complete a Trip Agreement Form, Liability Waiver and Medical Form, which must be returned before your trip departs. Trip fees are based upon the length and activities involved, but we strive to make OP trips as affordable as possible.
Signups are on a first come, first serve basis, so plan to register as early as possible.

OP Trip Leaders
More than 50 volunteer student trip leaders help guide and facilitate our Outdoor Programs adventures.
Trip Leaders come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, but all are passionate about outdoor recreation and sports. Many began as participants in Outdoor Programs trips and then later chose to develop the skills required to become leaders.
