Yes. You may sometimes apply for these prior to entering the university. There are occasions when outstanding students are asked to engage in a project with a professor. These are paid Assistantships.
Yes, students will be assigned to a Student Services Manager who assists students with academic schedules, course changes, and tutoring requests.
The University’s Armacost Library offers full academic library services on campus and via the Internet.

There are different deadlines for each term. Please see the graduate deadlines page or the undergraduate international deadlines page for these dates.
A TOEFL minimum score of 213 for the computer-based test or 80 for the Internet-based test is required for international students whose primary language is not English.
An IELTS minimum score of 6.5 will also satisfy the language requirement.
The GMAT and GRE are not required, however, applicants are welcome to send scores as an additional optional piece of the application.
While an internship or job cannot be guaranteed, students have full use of the Office of Career and Professional Development, which often supplies internship and job interviewing opportunities. Additional services from this office include:

Students who wish to earn their MBA in one year do so in an accelerated format. This full-time, focused study format gives students a concentrated opportunity to develop and hone their business skills, to participate in mentorship and corporate visit programs, and to enhance English skills.
Yes. Book information and where to purchase is emailed to you four weeks prior to the start of your program so you have enough time to prepare.
All University of Redlands undergraduate and graduate international F-1 and J-1 students must have health insurance coverage that provides access to local health care and helps minimize the financial burden an accident, injury, or illness creates. All international students are required to purchase and maintain health insurance throughout the duration of their academic program. Health insurance coverage for F-2 and J-2 dependents is optional but highly encouraged.
Students are expected to provide proof of health insurance coverage no later than 2 weeks prior to their program start date.
Undergraduate International Students
College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) undergraduate international students will be automatically enrolled in the “Student Health Insurance Plan” every academic year unless they submit a waiver through Academic Health Plans (AHP Care) by the deadline each year and submit documentation that they have existing adequate coverage.
All other undergraduate international students (e.g., School of Business and Society, School of Education, San Francisco Theological Seminary, etc.) are required to have health insurance. They may use their current insurance if it meets the minimum coverage requirements comparable to the ISO Silver Insurance Plan.
Graduate International Students
All graduate international students (e.g., College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business and Society, School of Education, San Francisco Theological Seminary, etc.) are required to have health insurance. They may use their current insurance if it meets the minimum coverage requirements comparable to the ISO Silver Insurance Plan.

Yes. International students studying in the U.S. need an F-1 or J-1 visa.
International students who receive an I-20 from the University of Redlands will not be granted an I-20 transfer until the completion of two consecutive eight week terms.
