Day Visits to Campus

We look forward to welcoming you to the University of Redlands for a day visit beginning at 9:00 am on your date of choice. The safety of our visitors, staff, and students is our #1 priority and we ask that you review the guidelines and expectations below to keep our community safe.

The University is monitoring and responding to the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other agencies. We would like to keep you up-to-date on our latest policies and prevention measures with this FAQ.

All visitors are asked to perform a symptom assessment before arriving on campus for symptoms of COVID-19 and will need to give proof of vaccination at the time of your registration and upload a 72 – hour negative COVID test to attend your visit.

What to bring to your visit:

A form of ID (so we can provide the meal card, you will be responsible for the replacement if it is lost during your visit)

All personal items you might need. You may also want to bring some money for other expenditures. (e.g., snacks, bookstore, souvenirs, etc.)

Homework or Books as you may have some spare time

What we provide:

  • Your lunch. Just like a student, you will be provided a pre-loaded meal card which can be used at our Irvine Commons and other dining locations.
  • Your Schedule for the day. A schedule could include visiting a class, taking a tour, going to lunch, and participating in an admissions information session.

Contact us at 800.455.5064 or admissions@redlands.edu to reschedule if any member of your party has a pending COVID-19 test, feels ill on the day of your visit, or if you’re experiencing any of these symptoms including:
