The Johnston Center for Integrative Studies (Johnston Center) is an undergraduate program at the University of Redlands, housed in the College of Arts and Sciences. Inspired by intentional communities, Johnston brings together bright, creative, independent, and active students with a genuine interest in academic and civic pursuits.

Unique to Redlands, the Johnston Center allows you to create an education program tailored to your interests, passions, and future career. Johnston is a place where diversity and inclusion are cherished, collaboration is practiced, and ideas are debated. At the Johnston Center students like you come together to live and learn in a vibrant community. The Johnston Complex offers more than just housing; it’s a dynamic space open to all students, featuring residence halls (Bekins and Holt), faculty offices, a co-op coffee house, classrooms, and community spaces like kitchens, a music room, screening rooms, a meditation room, and an art room.
