The law office of Thomas Tona is offering a $1000 semi-annual scholarship to veterans who are going back to school.
The SelfScore Scholarship is for International Students to help these bright and brave students achieve their goals. Six undergraduate students and six graduate students will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible applicants. All applicants will receive a Free Financial Literacy program. Scholarship recipients will receive their awards through their university in February 2017. The application deadline is November 15, 2016.
Nancy Yowell Memorial Scholarship Our branch is pleased to annually give Nancy Yowell Memorial Scholarships to local “re-entry women” — women who have had their higher education interrupted but have returned to earn their Associate’s Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees or Post Graduate Degrees. The applicant must be a resident of the area served by the Redlands Branch which includes Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Grand Terrace, Highland, Loma Linda, Mentone, Redlands, and Yucaipa. Deadline: February 1, 2017
College Success Program Administered by the TELACU Education Foundation, the College Success Program (Program) was created in 1983 to develop and empower new generations of leaders in the communities it serves. The Program is funded by TELACU and the generous contributions of our partners—corporations, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations and individuals—who have joined us over the past 30 years in advancing educational opportunities for our community. -Be a first-generation college student -Be from a low to moderate income household -Have a 2.5 GPA or higher -Attend a 4-year college or university
The Ralph M. Parsons Scholarship Fund was established in the memory of the founder of Parsons Corporation, Mr. Ralph M. Parsons. Mr. Parsons was a great innovator in the field of engineering who built a global reputation for improving the quality of life for many communities, and in many nations, by delivering complex infrastructure. Parsons Corporation is offering $5,000 scholarships for the 2017 – 2018 school year to one eligible student from each of 16 private California institutions. Qualified students must be enrolled in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) major. The scholarships may be applied to tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for course load. Each awardee will be eligible for a maximum of 4 successive years if they maintain satisfactory academic performance toward their degree requirements.
