Subject: Indoor face covering requirements continue – for now!
Thank you for your compliance with the University’s COVID-19 safety protocols and for your continued help protecting the Bulldog community. We have received several questions about our indoor face covering policy considering changes taking place at the state and county levels next week.
We acknowledge that the State of California plans to lift its mask mandate on February 16, 2022, and we are following the change in guidance for the counties in which we have campuses. At this time, mask wearing will remain mandatory in all indoor settings on all campuses.
The University’s COVID Task Force will be meeting this Friday to discuss our COVID-19 safety protocols and we will announce modifications early next week.
