Donald W. Hance, CFP®, E.A., is President and owner of Pacific Palisades based Glenmore Financial, Inc., a registered investment advisor. Don is a Certified Financial Planner and an IRS Enrolled Agent. He has been in the financial services industry for nearly 40 years. Prior to establishing his holistic, fee-only tax and financial planning practice in 2007, he held several key executive positions at both Wells Fargo Bank and Union Bank.

Don holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. He is currently serving as the 2012 president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Financial Planning Association, the nation's largest organization of financial planning professionals.

Karl L. Hicks, CFP®, M.B.A. is one of the two founding members of The Leonard Financial Group, LLC, a fee-only financial advisory firm. With over 17 years experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in working with select group families to help them make informed choices about their investments. Mr. Hicks serves on several community boards and is the current president for the Financial Planning Association's Inland Empire chapter (FPA-IE). He has held several board positions with the chapter including chair of public outreach and pro bono services. In 2010, Karl earned the designation of community builder from the Black Voice News, and in 2011 he was named community champion for his work with The Community Foundation of Riverside.

Karl holds a master's degree in business administration from California Baptist University.

Pamela Plick, CFP® is a practitioner and California registered investment advisor in Indian Wells. She also holds the specialized designation of accredited wealth management advisor. Pamela has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She is actively involved in several professional organizations including the Financial Planning Association.

Pamela holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration with a major in finance and a minor in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles. She is past president of the FPA, Inland Empire chapter. She currently serves on the board of the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert and is a member of the Desert Estate Planning Council, The Living Desert Gift Planning Advisory Council and The College of the Desert Foundation Planned Giving Council.
