ASL Interpreter Request

Please submit an ASL Interpreter Request at least 5 business days in advance of the event date. Academic Support and Accessibility (ASA) will notify you of the status of your request. Please note that an alternative meeting time may need to be provided if an interpreter is not available for the time requested.

Important Notes:

  • To receive interpreting services, students must first register with ASA.
  • Students must complete a separate ASL Interpreter Request Form for each final exam.
  • By requesting interpreting services, you give ASA permission to inform your instructors in advance that an interpreter will be providing services to a Deaf/hard-of-hearing student during class meetings.
