Below are the instructions you have received regarding your participation in Room Draw today. Please be sure to consult the information for a step by step guide for how to select your roommate(s)/suitemate(s) and room for the coming year. In the event you run into any challenges, please click here to join a Teams meeting with our staff between 9-11am and 1-4pm today to support you with your selection.
Please be reminded that it is common that near the end of Room Draw we decide to pause the process in order to allow additional time to do a more thorough consolidation process (outlined below). This allows the opportunity to provide the remaining students with the best available housing options to select. Should this happen, we will reach out to the remaining students via email to let them know they have been given a Generic Housing assignment as a placeholder. We use this to ensure all remaining students are notified when the housing process will resume and the next steps to take.
