Anderson Hall is newly renovated and the largest residence hall on campus housing over 200 students on the corner of Brockton Avenue and University Avenue. There are two kitchens (equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator), ping pong table, pool table, large televisions, bicycle racks, handicap accessibility, and outdoor seating are among the new features along with air conditioning.

Rooms have limited outlets so residents are encouraged to pack a power strip. Command or 3M strips are recommended for hanging items on the wall versus nails or tape. Other recommended items include extra long bedding, blankets, basic cleaning supplies, desk lamp, mini fridge, TV, shower supplies, hangars, and all basic essentials. Residents are encouraged to leave pets, electric scooters, microwaves, air conditioners, halogen lamps, cinder blocks, firearms, nails, tacks, and incense or candles at home.
