Bulldog Beginnings

Your Bulldog journey begins here

The first few weeks on campus are some of the most important for finding your community, getting involved, and starting your college journey strong. Research shows that these early experiences can make a big difference in your success at Redlands. That’s why we created Bulldog Beginnings, a series of events and programs happening this Fall.

The foundation for Bulldog Beginnings

Now in its second year, Bulldog Beginnings is all about helping you connect with other students, explore campus resources, and celebrate being part of the Bulldog community! Bulldog Beginnings is designed to support the holistic success of all students regardless if you are a first-year, transfer, commuter, or continuing student. Each pillar promotes personal and academic development, encourages meaningful connection, and contributes to an inclusive and engaging student experience.

Student Employment Fair

September 1, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Naslund Lounge, Armacost Library

Meet campus departments in person before work-study positions go live on Wednesday, September 2. If you don't have work-study or prefer to work off-campus, there will also be opportunities to meet off-campus employers. The Office of Career and Professional Development will also be there to help with resume questions or your elevator pitch.

This is your opportunity to connect with potential supervisors and employers, ask questions about the different roles, and make a great first impression before the rush of applications begins. Whether you're hoping to land your first job or are looking to switch things up this year, this is the easiest way to get a head start on the competition. Come early and bring your resume - we hope to see as many of you there as possible!
