We are aware of the impact of COVID-19 not only on the physical health of our community but also on the mental health of our community. We know that many of us are experiencing a great deal of loss, i.e., loss of loved ones, housing, financial security, plans for our future, etc. We also know that the mental health impact of isolation and the accompanying fear of being out in the world is significant.
The Counseling Center is the primary mental health clinic for the University of Redlands. We provide free and confidential mental health services, including individual therapy, crisis intervention, group therapy and consultation services to our campus. Our Counseling Center is committed to inclusivity and to providing a supportive space for everyone.
To begin meeting with a counselor, you must first schedule an appointment by calling the Counseling Center 909-748-8108.
