About
Kelly Culliver serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Redlands, where she leads the University’s human resources strategy and supports a workplace culture grounded in service, collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement. Her work includes strengthening HR operations, advancing organizational effectiveness, developing leaders, and aligning people practices across the University’s campuses.
Kelly brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience across complex organizations in engineering, manufacturing, construction, and global business services. Before joining the University, she held senior HR leadership roles with IMI Americas, Jacobs Engineering, and Hilti North America. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through transformation and growth, with expertise in employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources–California (PHR-CA) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
