Professional Background
Minnie was presented on stage at the ripe old age of six by her operettic mother and has been involved with all aspects of live performance her whole life! She has worked professionally as a performer and costumer for such places as the Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Santa Fe Opera, and Hollywood Bowl. She has shared her knowledge with many students as a college professor teaching vocal music, piano, costume design process, theater tech, and acting. Minnie believes in training the up-and-coming generation professional skills so they can carry the torch and keep this wonderful art form alive. Minnie is also the CEO of her own clothing design company, Kitten Collectibles. She enjoys performing still with several jazz bands in her community so as to keep her "chops" up!
