About Yessenia Sanchez

Yessenia is an alum of the University of Redlands’ College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Business and Society. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership. She serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations in Student Affairs, where she oversees housing operations, assessment, and strategic planning. Yessenia is passionate about fostering collaborative environments and meaningful opportunities that empower both students and staff to thrive.
