About Teresa Webster
Teresa Webster is the Director of Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety Compliance, and Sustainability, and has worked for the University of Redlands since 2017. Prior to working in higher education, Teresa spent 13 years in manufacturing (e.g., manufactured homes, recreation vehicles, truck parts, and pet food). Traveling throughout the United States and Canada to perform Environmental Health and Safety audits (e.g., ISO 14001, OSHA, EPA) helped her to gain a broad experience of risk, safety, and environmental issues. She is passionate about helping students and employees to work safely and reduce their impact on the environment. Teresa is excited to continue to grow the University of Redlands Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Sustainability programs!
