About Zuzana Hilalova
I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with a passion for early language development and family-centered care. I earned my Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands in 2018. I began my career as a medical SLP, working in local community hospitals where I gained experience across a wide range of clinical settings and populations.
Over time, I discovered a strong passion for working with young children and their families, and for the past five years I have focused primarily on early intervention. I currently work in a private practice where I supervise speech-language pathology assistants and clinical fellows. In addition, I have served as the supervisor of the Early Intervention Clinic at Truesdail since 2021.
I am recently certified in the It Takes Two to Talk®️ Hanen Program, reflecting my commitment to coaching parents and empowering caregivers to support their children’s language development in meaningful, everyday interactions. I speak five languages, which allows me to connect with diverse families in culturally responsive ways. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and tackling crossword puzzles.
