About Zoe Marr
I received my Ph.D. in chemistry from the University at Buffalo with my focus being in the design, synthesis, and characterization of photoswitchable crystalline materials. I was a STARS postdoctoral fellow working with Dr. Chantal Stieber on the synthesis of Nickel N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes for C-F and S-F activation and the characterization of these complexes with X-rays.
