Taylor Sega Ph.D.
(she/her/hers)About Dr. Sega
I have a passion for making organizations work more effectively, and educating individuals on how to do that is part of making sure that those systemic fixes stick. I have more than 10 years of experience working in both academic and applied settings in the field of organizational development and conflict resolution. I have extensive knowledge of leadership development, change management, and organizational culture theories that I regularly teach and implement through my work. My doctoral dissertation examined the relationship between a leader's apology delivered in a crisis, leadership style, and organizational context.
