Jill Robinson is a professor of management in the Business Administration & Management Department in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Redlands.
Professor Robinson has taught full time at Redlands since 2004. Her research interests include leadership development, followership, and gender issues in business, with numerous presentations and publications. Her textbook, Leadership Development: Beginning the Journey, was published in summer 2025.

Prior to teaching, she worked in human resource management in the healthcare field. In her free time, she enjoys writing, gardening, art, and spending time with family and friends, especially her granddaughter Aubrey.
