Please join us in the Meditation Room (Larsen 210) from 12:15-1:00pm for a Buddhist Sound Bath performed by Rev. Sharon Graff.

A sound bath is a meditative, anxiety-relieving experience of soundwaves made with crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

Please arrive early as space is limited. All are welcome to join.
