Mindful Movement & Yoga (Beginner-Friendly, Free Class)
This gentle, breath-led class blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and simple yoga practices to help students release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate calm focus. It’s accessible to all bodies and experience levels—no flexibility or prior yoga experience required. A welcoming space for students and community to move, breathe, and reset.
