Mathematics educator Dr. Stephanie Quan-Lorey is a visiting lecturer in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the U of R School of Education. Prior to becoming involved in teacher education, Quan-Lorey taught mathematics at the elementary, high school, and undergraduate levels in both California and New York and also served as a professional development coach for in-service mathematics teachers in New York City. Her research interests include mathematics anxiety, technology in mathematics education, and teacher preparation.
