Sawa Kurotani Contributing writer

With a Ph.D. in anthropology from University of Colorado, Boulder, Sawa Kurotani teaches undergraduate classes in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences that range from anthropological theories to world ethnographies. Kurotani has received grants from the National Science Foundation and National Endowment for the Humanities, and has produced numerous publications, most recently on topics related to Japanese society and culture.
