Postponed to Fall 2023
The Center for Educational Justice (CEJ) Summer Institute 2023 highlights the work of students, teachers, professors, and other activists working to understand the new Ethnic Studies requirement in California. The CEJ Summer Institute will feature panels, workshops, and keynote speakers exploring the movement to create the new Ethnic Studies requirement, the need for and benefits of Ethnic Studies, the role of teachers in launching the new curriculum, as well as the controversies around the adoption of the model curriculum.
