The Meditation Program, in collaboration with the Office of Alumni and Community Relations and the HR Wellness Program, provides employees with the opportunity to engage in meditation each week. Meditation helps with emotional wellness by helping you build skills to manage stress, increase self-awareness, reduce negative emotions, or help you gain a new perspective.
The meditation sessions are on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. There are two classes remaining for the month of July, followed by a brief hiatus for August, with classes reconvening in September and through the end of the year.
