Background

Beth Doolittle teaches approximately four courses per semester. She proposed, designed, and now teaches the Integrated Calculus sequence that successfully combined Pre-calculus and Calculus I material to better meet the needs of students. Recently she proposed a Brief Calculus course for primarily Business students that will be offered in Spring 2019. She has been a long-time presenter at the annual AAUW STEM Conference for Eighth Grade Girls both in Redlands and in the Pass area, presents a program about math offerings at the University of Redlands to Summer Bridge students, and is the Math Placement Coordinator for First-Year Students and Transfers. From 2003 until November 2017, Beth was the handler of the live bulldog mascots, Duke and Thurber. Beth also teaches basic math courses for the University of Redlands School of Business.
