Students entering with a business degree are required to complete 36 credit hours over nine terms (18 months) to complete their graduate degree.

A: The Redlands Online MBA curriculum incorporates a wide variety of courses that can be divided into three core areas:

  1. Foundational business knowledge – 12 credits are allotted to develop a strong basis in finance, marketing, and general business, the program’s three areas of concentration.
  2. General business knowledge – Students continue their development through the study of business elements such as ethics, information management, and organizational behavior with 16 credits in this core area.
  3. Emphasis courses – Students will take 16 credits of coursework in the emphasis of their choice: General Business, Finance, or Marketing. Courses can range from general topics, such as human resources management, to those designed to develop expertise in specific fields, such as marketing and finance.

The curriculum culminates with a four-credit Interdisciplinary Integrating Capstone course, in which students apply the knowledge gained in the program to simulated business scenarios.
