The University of Redlands 21st Century Leadership Speaker series shares the inspiring stories of notable leaders and their purposeful leadership styles.
Please join us for Paul Zak, award-winning author of “Trust Factor: The Science of Creating High-Performance Companies” who will be speaking about how to build trust.
Trust is a key part of effective and purposeful organizations and teams. Zak will help leaders learn how to build that trust. A highlight of the talk will be lessons learned from working with companies on building trust that can be used in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
The University of Redlands School of Business will continue the 21st Century Leadership Speaker Series with “Women in Leadership”.
The panel discussion will include — Elsa Luna, CFO & CCO at KPCC Public Radio; Georgia Zachary, senior manager, Office of the President at AT&T; and Nancy Jardini, SVP and chief compliance and ethics officer at Fannie Mae — three nationally recognized female leaders who are making a positive impact on their teams, their organizations and ultimately, society.
The event will be hosted by University Provost Kathy Ogren and moderated by School of Business Dean Tom Horan. Attendees will enjoy a reception at 6 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30, and the panel discussion from 7 to 8 p.m. The event is free, but reservations are required and can be made online.
