Tiffany Carper

is a senior sales executive for the TrackMyMail division of Pitney Bowes, Inc. She has over 15 years experience in the advertising and marketing industry, having worked for magazine, newspaper and direct mail companies in both production and sales capacities. She is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and chairs the San Diego chapter.

Maureen Murphy, M.B.A. has over 20 years' experience in both client and agency side marketing roles. Her firm assists clients in better utilizing their customer and prospect databases. Over her career, Maureen has worked with Amazing-Solutions.com, Harbor Health, Real Health Laboratories, Dell Computer, Chiat/Day Advertising, Nissan, Transamerica, Allstate Insurance, Performance Products, United Ad Label, Plus Development, 20th Century Plastics and Santa Ana Park.

Maureen holds a master's degree in business administration from UCLA. She currently heads the Orange County chapter of the Direct Marketing Association of Southern California.

Bianca Philippi, Ed.M. is the founder and principal of Creative Insights. She has worked with firms as varied as The Coca-Cola Company, Proctor and Gamble, Audi, Cessna, Chevron-Texaco, Johnson and Johnson, Merck, Pfizer, Kimberly Clark, Hugo Boss, Escada, Intel, Microsoft, the Harvard Business School, Phillips Academy (Andover), The World Bank, CARE International, The Carter Center, KIPP Schools National Foundation for the Teaching of Entrepreneurship and Opportunity International.

Bianca graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with degrees in art history and German language and literature. She holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University, with a concentration in non-profit management and an Ed.M. in educational leadership from UCLA. She is President of the Southern California American Marketing Association and has served on the boards of Los Angeles Social Venture Partners and KIPP LA Schools. She currently serves on the advisory board of the No Worries Now Foundation and the board of Centro Latino for Literacy.
