Hall and room assignments

Hello New Bulldogs! 

The Residence Life and Housing team is excited to meet and welcome you to your home away from home! Please review the information below to learn about hall placements, room assignments, single rooms, and meal plans.  

Hall Placements & Room Assignments 

  • RLH has used the information you provided on your Housing Intention Form and Personal Profiles to make hall and room assignments.  
  • On the MyRedlands Housing Portal main page under Assignments, you can now see your hall, room, and roommate(s) assignments. If your account still shows Generic Housed, we are still finalizing your room assignment and your account will be updated as soon as possible.  
  • You may contact your new roommate(s) by clicking on their name. 

Single Rooms 

  • For the 2023-24 academic year, East Hall and Williams Hall will offer single occupancy rooms. These rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis for those that complete the Single Room Application on their My Redlands Portal.  
  • On the MyRedlands Housing Portal, you will find the Singles Room Application under Applications and Forms in the left toolbar.  

Meal Plans 

  • To learn more about the meal plans offered and meal plan rates, please visit the Harvest Table website. You can make changes to your meal plan selection using your MyRedlands Housing Portal if you prefer a meal plan other than standard All Access meal plan. For instructions on how to select or change a meal plan please click here. Final meal plan selections must be made by September 1st, the first Friday after classes begin. 

Key Pick Up Appointment 

  • You will receive an email on August 10th with instructions to make an appointment to move into your residence hall. To schedule an appointment, you must have your student account balance cleared by the date provided on your New Student Checklist. Should you have any questions regarding your student account balance please contact Student Financial Services.
