Residence Life and Housing policies abide by federal, state, and local laws, in addition to University policies and Codes of Community Standards. Policies are developed to create a safe, healthy living environment for students. All students, faculty, staff, administrators, and guests are required to abide by the policies set forth by the University.
Students who live in our communities agree with, are responsible for knowing, and will abide by our Redlands Campus Lease Agreement.
Students who live in our communities are responsible for knowing and will abide by the lease agreement provided by EBMC.
