We are pleased to offer Handshake as a resource to University of Redlands students and alumni. Handshake is an interactive platform which allows you to access the Office of Career & Professional Development, join events, conduct employment research, and access resources. Handshake also connects students and alumni with internship and job opportunities.
Handshake has relationships with over 200,000 employers from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses, schools, and non-profits in every state. Handshake’s philosophy is founded on the idea of democratizing the job search by matching talent with opportunity across diverse industries.
Handshake can be accessed through a student's MyRedlands account or by navigating to the Handshake window to the right and clicking “Explore Now.” New, current, and returning students who have active accounts at the university can log-in to Handshake using their University of Redlands log-in credentials.
If you are an alum who has not used Handshake as a student, please navigate to the Handshake window to the right and click "Explore Now," then "Sign up for an Account," and follow the prompts to create your account. A message will be sent to staff in the Office of Career & Professional Development for approval. Once approved, you will have full access to Handshake.
