Wednesday, August 24^th

Move-in by Appointment

All residential students move-in with Residence Life and Housing by appointment. Students who have completed the New Student Checklist are contacted at the beginning of August with instructions for reserving an appointment time between 8am-1pm. If you have not received a move-in appointment email, please report to the Information Booth.

NSO Check-in

Students will come to check-in and receive a welcome gift.
*Have your Student ID on the Redlands App ready to be scanned!

Kick-off & Welcome Dinner!

We welcome our incoming Bulldogs to the University! Come meet other new Bulldogs and University administrators at this casual dinner. This dinner is open to all who registered for NSO as well as their registered guests.

President's Welcome

This is President Newkirk’s welcome and serves as the official induction of the Class of 2026. Everyone is invited, students will be seated first – families are invited to cheer for the students as they enter the Chapel. University of Redlands' President Krista Newkirk will give a Bulldog welcome as the featured speaker.

New Student Sunrise & Class Photo

Start the day with your new classmates watching the R on the mountain come into view as you embark on your first full day of being a Bulldog and celebrate the community you will be building!

Academic Advising & Registration

Students will meet with academic advisors and register for courses.

Friday, August 26th

Bulldog Life & Community  

Learn about what it means to be a Bulldog through a full day of activities.
