College of Arts & Sciences students can schedule an appointment with a peer tutor. If you do not find the course you need a tutor for, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the course information. We will attempt to find a peer tutor for your course. A list of local tutoring resources can be provided should we not be successful in obtaining a peer tutor for your course.
Tutees must clock in and clock out of each tutoring session by accessing the scheduling system in the Academic Success Center. Each student can utilize up to two (2) hours of tutoring per week per class. Any student who requires more time must contact the Assistant Director. Students who miss three scheduled appointments with their tutor, without prior notification, will lose tutoring privileges for the remainder of the semester.
Several academic departments offer drop-in tutoring in addition to the services offered by the Academic Success Center (ie: Accounting, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Math, and Physics). Students looking for tutoring in these subjects can contact the department for a schedule of courses tutored and drop-in hours for those courses.
