Adulting & Professionalism – Becoming Proactive About Your Academic Success 
College challenges us to not only grow as students but to transition into adulthood and adult decision-making. Additionally, learning and exhibiting professional behavior takes time and practice. In this workshop, we will discuss valuable skills and strategies to help you gain confidence in these areas. We will explore how being proactive and professional as a student can set you up for success in your academics and in life after college.

Setting Goals & Boundaries
Do you feel like your dreams are too big? Or maybe they’re not big enough? Maybe you keep falling asleep at your desk because you can’t say no to miscellaneous invitations. In this workshop, we’ll carve a path to your dreams by analyzing methods of goal setting and the habits you need to make those dreams happen. We’ll also look at the effects of boundaries and their influence on achieving our goals so that you can prioritize your way to success!
