Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive the online meeting invitation via e-mail. All workshops will be hosted through Microsoft Teams. How to Be Successful in Asynchronous Online Classes
While real-time, face-to-face classes are often most familiar and preferred, majority of our classes have changed to virtual, self-paced learning. Asynchronous classes can be challenging, especially if you do not have weekly, live class meetings.In this workshop, we will explore strategies to help you plan, prepare, and complete your coursework on time and to the best of your ability. Stress Management & Self-care
College can be stressful and overwhelming at times. In this workshop, you will learn about stress and ways to manage it to your advantage. You will gain insight into how stress affects your body and take away useful resources that can change your college life for the better. Identifying your stress level and outlook on life are key elements to managing stress, and you will learn how to identify when stress is taking over.
